The customer may cancel his contract within 14 days without giving any reasons in text form (eg letter, fax, e-mail) or by returning the item in case he received t before expiration of time.The time limit begins starts after receiving this notice, but not before receiving the order and not in advance of implementation of our duties to inform according to entry 246 § 2 with § 1 clause 1 and 2 EGBGB and our duties under § 312e clause
1 phrase 1 BGB with 246 §3 EGBGB. The Withdrawal is valid by sending an email or by reshipment of the ordered goods in due time.

In case of a valid cancellation the mutually received services shall be returned on both sides. If the customer is not able to return the received item in total
or partly or only just in a deteriorated condition, he is bound to accomplish compensation. The customer has to compensate the loss of value and received
services just in case if the deterioration or utilisation of the item is due to handling, which exceeds the control of qualities andfunctionality."Control of qualities and functionality" is defined as testing and trying out the respective products like as possible and common in shops.
Items ready to be despatched are to be returned at MOMENT OF COLLAPSE's risk. For items, which match the ordered items and have a value under
40 EUR the customer has to pay the appropriate shipping costs. Shipping costs incur as well regarding items with a merchandise value of more than 40 EUR or in case of so far non- resp. partial payment.
Otherwise, the return is free for the customer. Payments regarding provided achievements are alyways due within 30 days. The deadline for customers starts with the dispatch of the withdrawal or resp. the items themselves, for MOMENT OF COLLAPSE however with its reception. The above-mentioned right of withdrawal does not apply regarding sealed audio- or video recordings if the sealed packaging was opened or damaged by customer (unsealing § 312 BGB).
